What exactly is a credit?
One credit cleans one paid file — a file beyond the first in a batch, or a file over 50 MB. Credits never expire, so a one-time pack is the right fit for occasional bulk jobs.
Subscription or credits — which should I pick?
If you clean files regularly, the annual plan is the cheapest per month and removes all counting. If you have one big job a quarter, buy a pack: it costs a few dollars and keeps working until it's used up.
How do payments work?
Checkout runs through PayPal — you can pay with a PayPal balance or a card. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your PayPal account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Do paid files get stored?
No. Images are processed inside your browser. Files that need server-side processing are sent over HTTPS, cleaned in memory, returned to you, and deleted immediately — never written to durable storage.
