Try before you pay
The free tier is the demo: every format, one file at a time, up to 50 MB, no account. Please confirm the tool does what you need before buying — that's what it's there for.
Credit packs
If you bought a pack and something didn't work, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Fully unused packs are refunded in full; partially used packs are refunded for the unused credits when the issue was on our side (a failure of the service, not a change of mind). Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account or by contacting us; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further renewals are charged. If the service materially failed during your first billing cycle and we couldn't fix it, contact us within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund of that cycle. Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days if the plan hasn't been used since the renewal.
How to request a refund
Use the contact page with the email you paid with and the PayPal transaction id. We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are issued immediately and typically appear in 3–5 business days depending on PayPal.
